      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement
      - Manage internal case calendars, deadlines, and litigation dockets to ensure timely filings and compliance with court rules
      - Coordinate with outside counsel and internal business units to gather documents, information, and witness support
      - Support e-discovery processes, including collection, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI)
      - Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding day-to-day legal issues that arise at the property level

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher
      - Completion of a paralegal certificate program or juris doctorate
      - Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigation, Fair Housing, and Contracts
      - Significant legal research experience and familiarity with WestLaw
      - Strong written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience with Fair Housing Act issues
      - Experience managing litigation databases and case files
      - Familiarity with e-discovery processes and tools
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external parties
