      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and respond to routine legal inquiries with guidance from the General Counsel and legal team
      - Serve as the primary contact for managed properties and third-party vendors within the legal department
      - Oversee the formation and maintenance of legal entities and property-level licenses
      - Assist with contract preparation, review, and management for various hotel-related agreements
      - Conduct legal research on hospitality law, employment law, and regulatory compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field preferred
      - Familiarity with contract management systems and document automation
      - Ability to travel occasionally for training and due diligence as needed
      - Strong organizational skills to maintain legal files and databases
      - Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the hospitality industry or with legal matters related to property management
      - Proficiency in legal research tools and software
      - Previous experience in a legal department or similar role
      - Strong interpersonal skills to develop professional relationships across the organization
      - Ability to monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry
