What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and respond to routine legal inquiries under the supervision of the General Counsel and other legal team members
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the legal department regarding managed properties and third-party vendors
- Oversee the formation and maintenance of legal entities, as well as property-level licenses and permits
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of hotel-related contracts, including vendor agreements and service contracts
- Conduct legal research on hospitality law, employment law, and regulatory compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with contract management systems and document automation is a plus
- Ability to travel occasionally for training, due diligence, and transitions
- Strong organizational skills to maintain legal files and records
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders

- Experience in the hospitality industry or legal support roles
- Previous work with matter management and e-billing software
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations in the hotel sector
- Proven ability to build professional relationships across departments
- Demonstrated skills in legal research and analysis
