What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing customer lease documents and related agreements
- Coordinate contract intake, routing, and maintain version control and filing completeness
- Track and manage critical dates, contingencies, and closing requirements for customer agreements
- Maintain organized records of all customer agreements and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Represent the legal function in cross-functional initiatives and optimize legal operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree is required; paralegal certification preferred
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience in a corporate or law firm setting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
