What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the contract lifecycle process, including drafting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining agreements such as vendor contracts and service agreements
- Maintain and enhance legal document management systems, ensuring templates and corporate records are current and accessible
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare summaries and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders
- Assist with licensing and compliance efforts by gathering required documentation and tracking regulatory obligations
- Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, Finance, Compliance, and other teams to support legal processes and ensure compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
- 6+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate or operationally complex environment
- Strong understanding of contract drafting, document management, and multi-entity compliance
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively with team members and executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, clinic operations, or other highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with HIPAA, data privacy concerns, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in a fast-growing, early-stage, or venture-backed company
