  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Deliver against key sales objectives through flawless execution of perfect store principles
  - Manage a territory by recording weekly activities and customer intel in the CRM system
  - Track store and account level KPIs, analyzing sales data for improvement opportunities
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers
  - Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  - High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build diverse customer relationships
  - Results-driven mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience is preferred
  - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  - Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  - Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
