What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary-care telemedicine services in accordance with site-specific protocols and standards of care
- Manage relationships with facilities and other partners, including patient consents and billing
- Conduct tele triage per established protocols and ensure proper documentation of visits
- Maintain open communication with facility staff and provide necessary instructions regarding patient care
- Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards governing healthcare delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
- Current and valid license to practice advanced practice nursing or as a Physician Assistant in NC
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine desired
- Ability to maintain multiple practice licenses and comply with state regulations
- All necessary certifications for responsibilities must be current and valid
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in telemedicine or remote patient care
- Additional state licenses beyond NC
- Familiarity with telemedicine equipment and software
- Strong background in geriatric, family, or internal medicine
- Previous experience in a healthcare delivery setting
