      For the expansion of our Business Information Systems (BIS) team, argenx is looking for a Patient Engagement Operations Manager.

      The Patient Engagement Operations Manager is a key member of the BIS Commercial team and will provide business process expertise and operational excellence for Patient Engagement Team.

      Roles and Responsibilities:

      • In collaboration with Patient Support Program, Patient Marketing, and Market access (stakeholders), identify unaddressed business needs and any pain points experienced by the teams
      • Convert the business needs and pain points into user and functional requirements that can be addressed
      • Lead prioritization of requirements with stakeholders and align on a timeline for resolution
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to create update and maintain business process flow documentation for current state and future state
      • Using expert knowledge of business process, develop and maintain test scripts and test cases to facilitate user acceptance testing
      • As the business process expert, act as the liaison between stakeholders and technical team, to clarify requirements
      • As the business process expert, provide input into the technical design of solutions
      • Act as point of escalation for incidents and requests from stakeholders and follow up with vendor partners working on issue resolution
      • Support stakeholder training on new features and functionality
      • Provide input into the development of a patient-centric roadmap of business capabilities, processes and technology solutions needed to support the strategy and mission of the Patient Support Program
      • Lead implementation of system changes and other projects in accordance with internal SOPs
      • Regularly communicate status and progress of changes and issues to stakeholders
      • Maintain an overall understanding of industry landscape to ensure that we are deploying best-practice solutions

      Education, Experience and Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 5+ years working either in a biopharmaceutical company or a consulting organization with focus on the life sciences sector
      • Minimum 3 to 5 years working in a business analyst role supporting the patient services business function required
      • Experience creating and maintaining user and functional requirements documents is required
      • Experience creating and maintaining business process flow diagrams (MS Visio) is required
      • Experience in patient services case management systems like Salesforce Health Cloud is required.
      • Experience with Komodo Care Coordinator (Formerly Patient Journey Navigator) preferred
      • Experience as a change management practitioner preferred
      • Ability to lead small to medium size projects preferred
      • Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders required
      • Understanding of the industry landscape and global regulatory requirements (e.g. GxP, HIPAA. GDPR, etc.)
