      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the daily operations of the payroll department to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for multi-state and international employees
      - Supervise, mentor, and train payroll staff while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
      - Manage the Deltek payroll system, ensuring accurate configuration for wages, benefits, and tax jurisdictions
      - Interpret and apply payroll-related policies, collective bargaining agreements, and compliance regulations
      - Prepare and review payroll reconciliations and documentation for audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
      - Minimum of six (6) years of progressive payroll experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory or management role
      - Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
      - Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, reporting, and audit practices
      - Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using the Deltek payroll system
      - Demonstrated experience managing multi-state and global payrolls, including compliance with SCA and federal government contracts
      - Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
