What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time across multiple states
- Audit timekeeping records and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Interpret and apply federal, state, and local payroll laws and guidelines
- Manage garnishments and ensure timely reporting to appropriate agencies
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding payroll and timekeeping
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience processing payroll, accounting, or tax experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
