Job Description

- Job Title - Territory Manager - Minnesota/North Dakota/South Dakota
- Job Function - Sales
- Report to - Regional Director
- Act as primary contact for Hankook Tire America to dealer network within geographic area as assigned
- Inform dealers of all essential Hankook programs, policies and new products
- Handle all dealer issues and concerns, maintaining excellent customer service
- Train and work with dealer personnel as required
- Obtain current market information and trends, maintaining awareness of competition
- Establish BRAND awareness
- Prospect new business
- Assist all internal departments as necessary
- Monitor territory performance
- Submit all reports as required
- Attend industry shows as needed
- Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management
- Responsible to manage sales for a specific geographic territory
- Builds relationship with decision makers at wholesalers, distributors, and dealers
- Computer skills
- Communication skills
- Organizational and follow-up skills
- High School diploma required
- Minimum 5 years outside sales experience
- Vaild driver’s license
- Industry experience required
- Must be able to travel 50%
- Must reside or be able to relocate to: Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

This position is at the first level of sales management and may personally have a few selected accounts. Major emphasis of the job is on management with a largely tactical focus. Support staff may be limited.
