Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Certified LSA
• Min 10+ yrs of Exp in implementing PEGA projects
• Experience in designing and architecting PEGA solutions
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to engage with customers effectively
• Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas / project requirements
• Create functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object Models, Define Test Strategy
• Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem
• Help create road maps for the project
• Should be hands on with consulting mindset
• Should have experience in the latest versions of Pega (Infinity 24.x)
• Must have experience in developing applications using Pega Constellation
• Must have worked on Pega upgrades
• Experience in migrating Pega applications from on-prem to cloud (Pega or self-managed cloud environments) is a plus
• Should have led mid-Size to large tech teams
• Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implementation
• Help enable PEGA experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainings
