- To work with the Senior Pensions Technician and Data Service Delivery Manager to deliver projects within KPIs (time scales, deliverables, quality, sign off) and proactively communicating on progress
- Regularly review, and feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes
- To complete key data projects and tasks across the team within KPIs, including proactively communicating on progress
- To perform manual pension calculations to a high standard
- To monitor and maintain the incoming workflow and controls around projects and tasks as required.
- To ensure the individual quality of all outputs in order to deliver an excellent service to all stakeholders and clients.
- To support the team on complex casework and complaints
- Knowledge of DB pensions schemes
- Excel: Bulk data manipulation and cleansing
- Excel: can perform lookups, produce pivot tables and use formulas to interpret data
- Ability to understand, and input into project plans
- Ability to perform manual pensions calculations to a high standard
- Can identify gaps and errors in complex data

We are looking for a Pensions Technician to join the Consulting division of Capita Pensions Solutions. We are a new force in the market and our fantastic team are aspiring to create better outcomes and bright futures by putting people and pensions at the heart of everything we do.
The Consulting division was created to better enable us to fulfil the long-term strategic objectives of our business and to empower us to better excite our clients and provide them, and their members, with better outcomes.

You will have experience of working on a variety of DB pension schemes with the ability to support on the delivery of assigned projects and schemes. This role is perfect if you are an existing Pensions Technician looking to work within a project-based role.Job title:
