The role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, builder-minded People Business Partner to help Curri scale by developing confident, capable people managers and high-performing teams.
This is a founding People Business Partner role. You’ll partner closely with leaders, coaching managers through real-time people challenges, strengthening performance and accountability, and creating practical manager trainings that actually work in a fast-moving startup environment.
You won’t be handed a perfect playbook — you’ll help create it. If you love rolling up your sleeves, coaching first-time managers, and building simple, scalable people practices from scratch, this role offers real ownership, visibility, and impact.
This role is based in Ventura, CA and we are not open to remote arrangements. That being said, we will offer relocation assistance to any candidate who would like to relocate to Ventura, CA!
