What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and streamline operating rhythms to support Employee Resource Group (ERG) programming
- Manage the application, election, and training of ERG leads, ensuring successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain cross-functional processes and communication tools for events and key moments
- Foster collaboration between ERGs and amplify their effectiveness across the organization
- Provide insights and facilitate discussions on employee needs and sentiments to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in program management
- Experience in setting and executing progressive people and workplace strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for diverse, cross-functional groups
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex conversations
- High attention to detail and ability to distill complex ideas into clear guidance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in HR and managing Employee Resource Group programs
- Background in managing people, policies, and HR strategy
- Experience working with a broad and varied client group
