What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and present product and service sales proposals tailored to company needs
- Manage recruitment events to acquire new manufacturer donors
- Analyze supply chain trends and collaborate with Supply Chain associates to ensure adequate medication supplies
- Prepare donor reports and briefings, including monthly and annual offering summaries
- Provide training and guidance for new account executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
- Two (2) years of outside sales, marketing, or related experience preferred
- Experience in account management, sales, marketing, or pharmaceutical lead generation preferred
- Willingness to travel 30%
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
