What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients in receiving medications necessary for family planning
- Process prescription orders and ensure timely shipment of medications
- Interact with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve issues
- Respond to incoming calls regarding prescription coverage and medication refills
- Maintain accurate patient records and document information in the system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Arizona pharmacy technician license
- Relevant experience or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with prescription claims and knowledge of rejections is helpful
