      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide essential medical care in a PRN capacity to support the UAMS Ortho Clinic team
      - Conduct physical assessments, diagnose illnesses, prescribe treatments, and perform minor procedures
      - Manage patient care, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and maintaining accurate medical records
      - Educate patients about their health conditions and treatment plans
      - Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
      - Current PA license with the State Medical Board
      - Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment
      - National certification (NCCPA)
      - Strong clinical skills in conducting physicals, diagnosing illnesses, and prescribing treatments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in orthopedics or a related field
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic procedures
      - Excellent communication and patient education skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
