      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide essential medical care and support to the UAMS Ortho Clinic team
      - Conduct physicals, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe treatments
      - Perform minor procedures to ensure comprehensive patient care
      - Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
      - Maintain accurate medical records and educate patients about their health conditions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
      - Current PA licensure from the State Medical Board
      - Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment
      - National certification (NCCPA)
      - Strong clinical skills and previous experience in orthopedics or a related field preferred
