      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth by promoting exclusive laboratory solutions, including instrumentation and point-of-care testing
      - Build trusted relationships with physicians, lab directors, and decision-makers across multiple healthcare settings
      - Conduct diagnostic workflow analyses to identify opportunities for upgrading instrumentation and improving reimbursement potential
      - Monitor competitive activity and market shifts to inform strategic planning and capitalize on new opportunities
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in laboratory diagnostics to provide internal teams with product expertise

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Typically 7 or more years of professional experience with increasing responsibility in sales
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
      - Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and unit targets in a competitive market
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
      - Familiarity with CLIA compliance, reagent rental models, and reimbursement frameworks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling into physician office labs, urgent care centers, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs)
      - Master's degree or global equivalent in a related field
      - Prior experience collaborating within cross-functional teams to achieve growth
      - Demonstrated success in closing both transactional sales and longer-cycle placements
      - Industry certifications related to healthcare diagnostics
