What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth by promoting exclusive laboratory solutions, including instrumentation and point-of-care testing
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and retain top-tier customers
- Build relationships with physicians, lab directors, and decision-makers across various care settings
- Conduct diagnostic workflow analyses to identify opportunities for upgrading instrumentation
- Monitor competitive activity and market shifts to inform sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of increasing responsibility and complexity in professional experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and unit targets in a competitive environment
- Familiarity with CLIA compliance and reimbursement frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling into physician office labs, urgent care centers, and large group practices
- Prior experience collaborating within cross-functional teams for multi-channel growth
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Industry certifications related to healthcare diagnostics
