What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership for the delivery of Power Delivery projects including electric transmission, distribution, and substation infrastructure
- Oversee project financials, budgets, scheduling, technical execution, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project documentation including Risk Registers, Project Management Plans, and Quality Plans
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project standards
- Monitor project performance metrics and manage accounts receivable and cash flow
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or a related technical discipline
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in a project management role, preferably in power delivery, transmission & distribution, or utility capital projects
- Strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle within the A/E/C and utility industries
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Competency in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Essential project management certification (e.g., PMP)
