      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Sales team to assist prospects in evaluating Rippling's HR solutions in the health and life sciences sector
      - Understand and communicate the technical requirements and business value of Rippling’s HR product suite
      - Manage technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts tailored to prospects' unique business goals
      - Develop and maintain technical content to ensure customer success with the Rippling HR products
      - Provide valuable customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to enhance offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a pre-sales role within HRIS, HCM, Payroll, or Time and Attendance systems
      - At least 1 year of experience selling to Health & Life Sciences organizations
      - Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
      - Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
      - Self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a pre-sales capacity with HR systems
      - Familiarity with the competitive landscape in the HCM industry
      - Strong ability to create impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences
      - Previous experience working directly with health and life sciences clients
      - Passion for building and improving sales strategies within a team setting
