Job Description

- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
- Implement the S.O.A.R/ S.T.E.A.M curriculum with your teaching team
- Observe and support children’s interests
- Provide assistance with daily homework
- Communicate effectively with families about their child’s progress
- Promote positive social behaviors and model respectful interactions
- Plan a balanced daily schedule with a mix of indoor/outdoor and active/quiet activities
- Transport children from elementary school to the center via bus runs
- Competitive compensation - Hourly pay range: $17.80 - $20.80

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 or older
- Meet state requirements for lead preschool teachers
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- Prior experience as a preschool lead teacher
- Strong classroom management skills (preferred)
- Flexibility to work within business hours
