What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure successful case coverage and optimal clinical outcomes
- Provide clinical expertise and technical support at Structural Heart implanting centers
- Assist in education and training activities for physicians and hospital staff on product usage
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of clinical data, competitive products, and industry trends
- Act as a primary resource for clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science
- Medical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical tech, RN, NP, or first assistant)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interventional and structural cardiology with a strong clinical orientation
- At least 3 years of medical device experience in a commercial role related to structural heart
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the cath lab environment or as a scrub nurse/tech for Structural Heart procedures
- Experience providing clinical education and training to staff members
- Familiarity with vessel closure procedures
- Strong understanding of the medical device market and customer base in the cardiovascular field
- Emotional intelligence and skills in managing sensitive information effectively
