What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality code and support activities related to implementation and transition
- Collaborate with architects and agile feature teams to implement innovative, high-quality solutions
- Provide pointed solutions to clients and coordinate efforts between onshore and offshore team members
- Manage multiple tracks including support, upgrades, and implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
- Minimum of 11 years of IT experience required
- Proficiency with Flex PLM and related application development
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple teams in a consultant role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 10 years of experience specifically with FlexPLM
- Experience with AWS, ReactJS, and NodeJS is a plus
- Deep expertise in FlexPLM-based application development and customizations
- Familiarity with Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to lead a team using agile methodologies
