      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, guiding prospective clients through technical and business evaluations of the platform
      - Support and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires
      - Design and lead tailored demos and workshops to showcase the software in insurer-specific contexts
      - Travel up to 15% to lead in-person sales workshops and map out successful deployment strategies
      - Collaborate on foundational sales engineering processes, playbooks, and collateral to support future growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in financial services or financial technology, ideally with exposure to insurance or SaaS deployments
      - Prior experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, client onboarding, pre-sales, or technical consulting
      - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various technical levels
      - Passionate, motivated, and results-driven with a strong will to win
      - AI-forward thinker with a deep interest in leveraging new capabilities to improve work processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in technology for regulated industries like insurance or financial services
      - Strong technical foundation with fluency in architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
      - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python scripting; prompt engineering experience is a plus
      - Understanding of AI, ML, and automation concepts
      - Experience at a growth-stage startup during periods of hypergrowth
