What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end executive recruiting for critical senior roles within the Platform group
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, shaping talent strategies and competency frameworks
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to engage top-tier passive candidates
- Evaluate candidates for technical depth and alignment with the company's mission and values
- Mentor and guide a team of Sourcers and Channel Specialists to enhance recruiting processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience focused on senior and principal engineering, design, and product leadership roles
- Proven success in hiring Senior Staff+/Principal ICs and Director-level leaders in technical organizations
- Experience collaborating with Directors and VPs to define talent strategies and frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to mentor Sourcers to improve pipeline quality and diversity
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest or experience in blockchain, crypto, Web3, fintech, or distributed systems
- Proven ability to craft compelling pitches and navigate complex offer negotiations
- Skilled in presenting recruiting analytics and forecasts to executive stakeholders
- Experience in building and executing scalable senior-hiring programs
