- Working on our Identity and Access Management team supporting our mission to provide PAM to the organization including SaaS support, and customer support to our digital partners.
- Resolving technical issues in the PAM Platform through problem tracking, diagnosis and root-cause analysis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution for moderately complex issues. Establishing calls with third-party support and seeing problem through its resolution.
- Ensuring seamless user and administrator experience and high availability.
- Coordinating operational tasks with peers and other partners.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities via integrations with other technologies.
- Set the strategy and product vision of PAM/IAM throughout its lifecycle.
- Communicate clearly and deliver to a wide range of audience.
- Collaborate and establish partnerships with the Audit and Compliance for providing access to reporting and assist and remediate findings.
- Maintain and proactively manage stakeholders within PAM and its related IAM solutions to deliver the best outcome.
- 5+ years of experience with Information Technology (IT), including supporting access management solutions, user privileges management, user credential management, or user security behavior monitoring
- 5+ years of experience with IAM tools
- 2+ years of experience supporting IAM, security operations and threat response, or security architecture & design.
- 1+ years of experience with requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, or change management
- Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP management, configuration or design, PKI, X509, SSO across multiple domains, 2FA via PIV or CAC and scripting and coding
- 2+ years of experience with implementing IAM tools in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with SailPoint
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with CyberArk
- Experience with supporting IAM in a Cloud environment (Azure and/or GCP)
- Experience with SQL database administration or management
- Experience with an SIEM tools, ex. Trellix
- Experience with analyzing Cybersecurity guidance, including policies, strategies, and whitepapers
- Experience with implementing PKI standards
- Knowledge of HTTP, XML, REST, and JSON a plus
- Bachelor's degree

As a Privileged Access Management Analyst and Product Owner, AES will be looking for a self-starter candidate who can help define future state of PAM at AES and challenge how things are done currently, collaborating themselves and others to innovate to improve their approach to solving problems. Candidates will use their knowledge of Privileged Access Management to provide and support enterprise level solutions for protecting and managing access to the corporation's sensitive data. This role will be part of a fast-paced team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our PAM capabilities which provide an effective security framework for managing and protecting and managing access to privileged credentials. You will work independently, under moderate supervision in response to general work direction.
