What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and process purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies and procedures
- Monitor costs and vendor performance to ensure timely receipt of goods and services
- Coordinate procurement activities with various departments and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with organizational and government procurement regulations
- Analyze quotations and recommend suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business software
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Procurement-related certification (such as CPSM or APICS)
- Experience with digital procurement systems and process automation
- Prior experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO)
- Experience managing supplier selection and competitive solicitation processes (such as RFI, RFQ, and RFP)
- Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint, DocuSign, and Power BI
