      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and process purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies and procedures
      - Monitor costs and vendor performance to ensure timely receipt of goods and services
      - Maintain compliance with organizational and government procurement regulations
      - Analyze quotations and recommend suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery
      - Coordinate procurement activities with other departments to meet company needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in Business Administration or related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience
      - Strong knowledge of procurement methods and procedures
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Procurement-related certification (such as CPSM or APICS)
      - Experience with digital procurement systems and process automation
      - Prior experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO)
      - Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint, DocuSign, and Power BI
      - Experience managing supplier selection and competitive solicitation processes
