      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create parts, assemblies, and drawings in SolidWorks modeling software
      - Respond to Engineering Change Requests by releasing drawing and modeling packages on schedule
      - Collaborate with the Advanced Engineering Department to streamline production standards and processes
      - Test, evaluate, and compare competitor’s products, materials, designs, performance, and applications
      - Generate technical reports, graphs, and marketing illustrations to define system performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace engineering
      - One to five years of hands-on SolidWorks experience
      - Five to eight years of practical engineering experience
      - Experience with AutoCAD, VBA, project management, DFMA, and controls
      - Proficiency with SolidWorks and MS Office products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One to five years of hands-on practical work experience in HVAC including building controls
