      Job Description

      Job Purpose:

      This position needs to monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives including designs and develops marketing tools/programs that fulfill the activities described in product marketing plans. Product Manager will report to Business Unit Director.

      Major Accountabilities:

      • Initiate/modify/monitor brand strategy and tactical plan for designated tumors indication as well as continued strategic partnership w/ other tumors marketing team to align overall strategy and execution

      • Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.

      • Designs and develops marketing tools/programs that fulfill the activities described in product marketing plans.

      • Innovate/develop/execute innovative engagement opportunities to drive brand strategic imperatives and generate sales engagement opportunities

      • Partner across a wide matrix of stakeholders and cross functional team to ensure seamless execution of functional plans and execution of overall strategy including regional marketing team

      • Analyze execution across multiple tactics to draw customer insights, communicate results to brand teams, and leverage insights into actionable strategies

      • Work closely with the product specialist team to adapt strategies, tools, training, and messages to drive success for business

      • Set up a clear career objective and work closely with manager for the career development plan

      Ideal Background:

      • Bachelor’s Degree Required (Pharm / Science) & Master’s Degree preferred

      • 1-3 years marketing experience required

      • Oncology experience preferred

      • Experience in MCM or Digital marketing is a plus

      • Demonstrated ability to execute in a highly dynamic market

      • Proven ability to lead across the matrix, to inspire others and drive change

      • Track record of applying strong analytical skills – including commercial, financial acumen and budget management – to enhance decision-making

      • Willingness to proactively identify issues and opportunities in the business and make the appropriate recommendations, and/or take the appropriate action to get things done

      • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, innovative and performance driven environment

      • Fluent spoken and written English
