What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and refine the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and patient needs
- Engage with patients, providers, and internal stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities
- Translate user insights into product requirements, specifications, and success metrics
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure product clarity and user experience
- Define and measure product success using data and patient outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in startup or healthcare environments
- Proven track record of delivering products that effectively solve user problems
- Experience using data and user feedback to inform product decisions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- High level of user empathy and a commitment to improving patient experiences
