What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and craft a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with user needs and business outcomes
- Conduct continuous discovery and user insights to inform product development and prioritization
- Manage the full product lifecycle from conception to launch and iteration
- Define success metrics and champion a data-driven culture of experimentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, growth, sales, and leadership teams to ensure alignment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in startups or scale-ups
- Exceptional product sense with the ability to think critically and translate insights into actionable product strategies
- Strong technical acumen, including regular use of SQL and familiarity with AI tools
- Proven track record of shipping successful AI-based features or strong interest in AI's impact on product development
- Fluency in English for all documentation and communication
