  Product Manager - Radiology

  POSITION PURPOSE:

  The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for assigned product lines, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business objectives and market trends.

  YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement product strategies that drive sales growth, market share and profitability
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, pricing and promotion strategies
  • Lead product launches and ensure seamless execution of marketing plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers and other stakeholders
  • Manage the product life cycle, including product discontinuation and transition planning
  • Prepare and manage product budgets and forecasts, including financial analysis and forecasting
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful product adoption and sales growth
  • Provide thought leadership on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform product development
  • Ensure compliance in all activities performed as a Bayer employee

  WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharma, Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, marketing, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge about Medical Device marketing and/ or hospital IT is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
