What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify customer and end-user pain points and opportunities beyond explicit requests
- Develop and validate the intended quantifiable impact of product initiatives
- Create effective and robust solutions using deep knowledge of the telecom domain
- Drive product adoption and usage through data-driven analytics
- Champion user experience and maintain high standards in product design
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in the telecom domain with a strong understanding of wireline and wireless telco stacks
- 5+ years in a product management role
- Direct experience in building messaging services (SMS, MMS, RCS, etc.)
- Experience with evolving registration requirements for alphanumeric sender IDs and Shortcodes
- Proven ability to drive non-functional requirements such as availability, scale, and quality of service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with international compliance and regulatory practices around voice and messaging services
- Proficiency in using modern AI tools in product development phases
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
