      Location: Naucalpan
      Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.
      Profile: Any Engineering degree or related field
      Function: PS Manufacturing
      Start Date: As soon as possible

      Job Qualifications

      About the role: As a Product Supply Intern, you will assist in executing strategies within the team or organization and participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.

      Some of your tasks will be:

      • Assist in executing strategies within the team or organization.

      • Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.

      • Collaborate and network effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.

      • Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.

      Hard Skills:

      • Knowledge of manufacturing processes: Understanding of production techniques and processes, such as the operation of specific machinery.

      • Data analysis: Ability to use analysis tools and software to interpret production and efficiency data.

      • CAD knowledge: Ability to use computer-aided design software to create or modify product designs.

      Soft Skills:

      • Effective communication: Ability to express ideas clearly and collaborate with other teams.

      • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a production environment.

      • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changes in processes or project priorities.

      Nice to Have Skills:

      • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing: Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and efficiency.

      • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

      • Interest in sustainability: Knowledge or interest in sustainable manufacturing practices and waste reduction.
