- Salary up to $18.50 per hour
- $405 Certification bonus for becoming a TurboTax Product Expert
- Additional $5.00 per hour bonus from April 9-15 for all hours worked
- Flexible work-from-home schedule available between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
- Minimum of 25 hours per week required, with the option to work more
- Continuous support from Subject Matter Experts during live calls
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist TurboTax customers by answering questions regarding TurboTax products and tax return software
- Guide customers in downloading, logging in, and navigating the software effectively
- Help customers with importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear and empathetic communication
- Collaborate with Marketplace Performance Specialists to enhance customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in customer service with strong communication skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and assisting customers with TurboTax inquiries
- Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs
- No specific accounting background required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles
- Familiarity with tax preparation software or related products
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
