  Job Title: Production AssociateJob Description

  This role involves operating equipment to produce various salads by mixing, operating, and packaging products. Team members are responsible for ensuring that products are packaged to the highest quality and safety standards. When not operating equipment, machinery must be disassembled and sanitized.

  • Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Disassemble and sanitize machinery when not in use.

  Work Environment

  Work in a wet environment with temperatures around 45 degrees to prevent food spoilage. Shifts are available across three time slots: 1st shift from 6:30 AM, 2nd shift from 2 PM, and 3rd shift starting at 9:30 PM or 10 PM for packaging.

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albert Lea, MN.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.40/hr.
