      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide targeted professional development and ongoing in-classroom support for educators
      - Analyze data and assist educators in applying it to instruction
      - Collaborate with district and site leaders to develop annual professional development plans
      - Support the implementation of the Ready Mathematics program and the i-Ready online diagnostic and instruction program
      - Deliver tailored on-site support to teachers, coaches, and leaders to enhance teaching effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching Mathematics or coaching teachers of Mathematics
      - Proficiency with digital tools and comfort with data analysis in educational settings
      - Understanding of adult learning principles and their application in professional development
      - Ability to manage and evaluate program implementations effectively
      - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within designated territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics, Grades K-8
      - Experience leading professional development for educators and district leaders
      - Flexibility and synergy in collaborating with diverse team members
