      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and implement ancillary programs as service offerings expand
      - Act as the liaison between the employer and partnership programs for student engagement
      - Manage teams and contractors to maintain program relationships and student interactions
      - Own the process of bringing the Research Scholars Program in-house, including sourcing and onboarding mentors
      - Provide regular data reporting and insights on program success rates and outputs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
      - 3+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
      - 2+ years of management experience
      - Proficiency with Google tools, including Google Sheets and Google Drive
      - Experience in data analysis and creating performance dashboards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in EdTech or with startups
      - Familiarity with Airtable, WorkRamp, and Zendesk
      - Highly structured and organized thinker with a willingness to learn
