What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Help prioritize projects with Marketing and Product Leadership based on impact and resources
- Foster strong partnerships with Marketers and Product teams to enhance collaboration
- Manage creative projects to ensure successful delivery of various marketing efforts
- Identify and address important problems related to marketing and advertising creative plans
- Coordinate resources across multiple projects while maintaining a broad perspective on challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or 10+ years of experience in a creative agency, production studio, or digital product marketing company
- Proven experience working with Marketers and Product teams
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with media, research/planning, and analytics
- Experience managing marketing and/or product projects, including creative development
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, solve problems, and multitask effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience overseeing campaigns that include live action, digital, and animation
- Proven track record of influencing marketing creative plans and initiatives
