What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the TalentStream program and manage day-to-day operations
- Conduct monthly operational reviews, quarterly supplier assessments, and executive steering meetings
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and adoption metrics, ensuring timely issue tracking and escalation
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program dashboard for tracking program health
- Oversee supplier compliance and performance reviews while ensuring stakeholder engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide workforce or vendor management programs
- Deep knowledge of program governance, supplier management, and contingent workforce models
- Strong ability to navigate ERP/VMS/HR systems such as Oracle or Beeline
- Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder engagement across various departments
- Track record of driving operational stabilization in complex environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MSP/VMS programs is preferred
- Excellent communication and change management skills
- Leadership capabilities in high-change environments
