      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and financial support to the IDeA National Resource for Quantitative Proteomics
      - Manage NIH grant budgets and maintain detailed financial records for audit compliance
      - Plan and coordinate onsite educational workshops and internship program logistics
      - Oversee communication and outreach efforts, including website content and promotional materials
      - Maintain databases and generate reports for stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree with four (4) years of project/program management experience
      - CRS certification or the ability to obtain certification within two years of hire
      - Knowledge of NIH Grants Policy statement and federal grant administration
      - High attention to detail and capability to work independently
      - Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in a relevant field
      - ACRP or SOCRA certifications
      - Familiarity with the IDeA program and associated funding requirements
