      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize, direct, and manage all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks
      - Provide overall direction of program activities and maintain contractor interface with senior levels of the customer’s organization
      - Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables
      - Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show project progress to management and customers
      - Oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks and support marketing personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be certified by PMI as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
      - A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related disciplines
      - Minimum of ten (10) years of experience, with at least five (5) years of specialized experience in project development and management
      - Demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of diverse types and complexity
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology is preferred
      - Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) v3 (or current equivalent)
      - Ability to challenge and educate oneself to support IT service delivery in Federal agencies
      - Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
      - Active listening and collaboration skills to understand clients' needs and work effectively with teams
