      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage dynamic assignments requiring broad industry and technical knowledge of Microsoft Data & AI services
      - Build and manage Project Plans, Project Backlogs, and Sprints
      - Lead project resources, scope, and planning throughout implementation while managing team and client expectations
      - Track project progress, assess and mitigate risks, and handle change requests and release plans
      - Collaborate with consulting leads, cloud solution architects, and engineers to design solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related field or equivalent Project Manager experience
      - 2-5 years of experience managing Data & AI projects
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
      - Proficient in Microsoft tools, specifically Project, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools
      - Broad understanding of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud operating models in an enterprise environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, CSM)
      - Experience with project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid)
      - Knowledge of change management practices to support data and AI adoption
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and modern data platform architectures
      - Experience delivering projects involving Power BI, AI/ML adoption, or advanced analytics
