What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead execution of the Enterprise Training Management Plan
- Oversee alignment of the Integrated Master Training Schedule
- Coordinate weekly meetings with VA stakeholders
- Manage risks, scope, and performance metrics effectively
- Provide executive reporting to VA leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience leading federal IT or contact center modernization programs
- 3+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Security clearance: Public Trust (VA)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting the VA strongly preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise contact center platforms
