What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build roadmaps and marketing strategies for project growth and development
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and commercialization of products, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Develop project scopes, plans, timelines, budgets, and success criteria for communications-related projects
- Track project expenses and provide regular status reports to the leadership team
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear communication with internal and external partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the wellness/supplement space
- Proven experience leading project teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- PMP certification required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Dynamic problem solver with a background in process development and project management principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Hive, Wrike, or Microsoft Project
- Great technical proficiency with Excel and other MS Office and Google Workspace products
- Interest in continuous improvement principles
