      Job Summary

      Artemis ARC seeks a highly qualified Project Manager to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Healthcare Engineering & Facilities Programs (HEFP). This pivotal leadership role serves as the primary interface with Government stakeholders and is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all task order requirements.

      The Project Manager brings a comprehensive understanding of healthcare engineering program support, driving integrated project delivery across complex, mission-critical initiatives. This position ensures alignment with HEFP strategic priorities, promotes operational excellence, and delivers measurable outcomes that enhance the Environment of Care for Veterans.

      Primary Responsibilities

      Lead all aspects of task order execution, including planning, coordination, and delivery of services in accordance with contract requirements and performance standards.

      Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and HEFP leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.

      Develop, implement, and maintain the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), including schedules, milestones, risk management strategies, and quality assurance measures.

      Oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering engineering program support, data analytics, business process improvement, and EHR modernization activities.

      Provide executive-level briefings, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.

      Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all contract deliverables, including weekly and monthly reports, while maintaining compliance with VA standards and QASP requirements.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
      • Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
      • Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
      • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program and project management within federal or healthcare environments.


      Desired Qualifications

      • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
      • Experience supporting VA or VHA programs.
      • Experience with Lean, Agile, or process improvement methodologies.
